COVID-19: The Source goes digital, Central Oregon SOS, and more

SARS-CoV-2 virus

Rounding up a few COVID-19 coronavirus related news as it pertains to online resources (and by extension, the social distancing and isolation we’re all going through).

The Source Weekly goes all digital. This is huge, smart, and significant. This week’s paper was the last until May 20. While I think it will be successful, it’s also going to be very interesting to watch as an experiment to see if a major regional newspaper can survive/thrive all-digital. And of course, The Source has been on top of the local COVID-19 coverage, so bookmark that page if you’re looking to stay updated.

As always, if you’re going out for beer (or anything else), keep you distance and use sanitary procedures where possible; I’d recommend wiping down any bottles, cans, growlers, etc. with disinfectant wipes before bringing them in.
