Here are the meeting notes for the Bend City Council for the month of November, just in time for this month’s first meeting on Wednesday. The biggest point of contention for the month (at least as far as councilor votes go) is the proposed ordinance amending the Bend Code to allow members of the Landmark Commission to serve up to three terms. Seems harmless enough, not sure why there’s disagreement over it.
