This Saturday, November 14, the High Desert Droids robotics team is holding their annual garage sale fundraiser, which helps to offset funds needed for students to participate in this challenging program. The Droids are four time champions at statewide robotics competitions and need to raise money to help sent the team to those tournaments for another season.

The sale is taking place at Mountain View High School, in the cafeteria from 9am to 2pm. There should be all sorts of, well, garage sale-type stuff available for sale, so make sure to come on by—you’ll help support the robotics team!

Also if you have stuff you would like to donate for the sale, they would greatly appreciate the donation of any good sellable items. You can bring it to the Mountain View High cafeteria on Friday the 13th anytime after 3pm (care of Todd Andresen).

FIRST Team 753 (High Desert Droids) is a student–driven team of bright individuals drawn together by a passion for working as a team, building robots, and fostering excitement in science and technology through FIRST. Formed in 2002, the team is based out of Mountain View High School and is comprised of students from all three Bend high schools and several home schooled students.
