Cascade Lakes Brewing’s 20th anniversary
This year Redmond’s Cascade Lakes Brewing is celebrating their 20th anniversary, and they’ve got a number of things lined up this month to mark the occasion—starting with the debut of their new 20th Anniversary IPA, a 6.4% alcohol, 82 IBUs beer brewed special for this year. The beer will be available in bottles and will also be available at one of the several parties Cascade Lakes has got lined up:
Next Monday, January 13th, all day long at their 7th Street Brewhouse in Redmond they will be celebrating with their new IPA, beers rolled back to 1994 prices ($2.75 per pint), and two lucky winners will win free beer for a year. They’ll also have some commemorative koozies to give away.
The next day, Tuesday the 14th, the party shifts to the Lodge in Bend, with the same great deals and prizes as above, and in addition, KC Flynn will be performing live music from 3 to 6pm.
On the evening of the 23rd (a Thursday), Broken Top Bottle Shop will be hosting a 20th anniversary party, featuring special Cascade Lakes beers on tap (along with the 20th Anniversary IPA), free tasting and schwag, a chance to meet brewer John Van Duzer, and live music with Bryan Brazier Music & the West Coast Revue.
Definitely a good way to start the year for the brewery! Be sure to hit up one or more of their upcoming parties.
