I’m a little late blogging this—since it started at 9am today!—but Bend Brewing Company has teamed up with Central Oregon Trail Alliance for a work event and beer launch party taking place today.

Join COTA and Bend Brewing Company on Sunday, June 3 for trail work and a new beer launch event!

We will meet at 9:00 A.M. at the “Old” Mt. Bachelor Park & Ride and carpool to the work site. Plan for about 4 hours of trail work, creating a new technical option on the Funner Trail, and then we will head back to town to help Bend Brewing Company celebrate the launch of their all-new Funner Trail Ale, a tasty new Summer Ale.

Volunteers will enjoy free appetizers, beer, and live music on the patio at BBC. All proceeds from sales of Funner Trail Ale go back to COTA as well, so make sure and invite your friends (if they missed the trail work) to come down and enjoy a pint or three for a good cause! Live music goes from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. We hope to see you there!

If you missed the trail work, then make sure to head down to BBC today and try the Funner Trail Summer Ale, since proceeds will go back to COTA for those two hours. Live music during that time comes from local favorite Laurel Brauns.
