McMenamins Halfway to St. Patrick’s Day
Can you believe we’re nearly halfway to St. Patrick’s Day already? No? Not even on the radar? Well, McMenamins has you covered: this Saturday the 17th they are having their annual “Halfway to St. Patrick’s Day” celebration.
Mostly it’s a day of live music, featuring Irish-themed artists, and of course there’s always beer on hand. It’s free for all ages (the music is free, anyway) and here’s the schedule:
At the Hotel:
2 p.m. · Steve Allely · Irish pipes
4 p.m. · Tune Dawgs · Irish fiddleplayAt O’Kane’s Square:
4 p.m. · Five Pint Mary · Celtic rock
7 p.m. · Bobby Bare, Jr. · Southern rock trio
McMinnimems, or whatever, is an old Papist Pedophile high school. I don’t know about you, but I can’t go near that spa in there without still hearing the screams of the children being raped by the priests. I wouldn’t eat or drink in there for love nor money. That place creeps me out.
