Starting today (the 17th), the downtown Bend Farmers Market will be moving… from the top of Drake Park to the Mirror Pond Parking lot right next door. It was apparently an ADA issue:

The move was initiated by advocates who raised concerns to City Council about the accessibility of the market in its current location in Drake Park. The grass slopes and uneven surface make it difficult for people with disabilities to access the market. Moving the market to a temporary adjacent location was the only option for the market to remain open and viable for the season.

So for the remainder of this season you’ll find the downtown Market in nearly the same location; but where it will be located next year will be under discussion.
