Gadabout Serene Adventures, owned by Robin and Danita Parker, is a unique way to see Oregon and other parts of the Northwest. They make all the arrangements, make all necessary reservations and fill up the gas tank – you just show up for the ride and adventure. As the Parkers say, “We want our customers to enjoy a day of adventure, without the stress of driving, coordinating and planning, and we take care of all of that for you. Gadabout caters largely to the retired population, but anyone is welcome. Anyone who enjoys traveling to see the beautiful sights that the Pacific Northwest has to offer as well as discovery centers, museums and cultural events. This month’s adventures include a trip to Brownsville, a weekend trip in Bandon and a day enjoying the spring blooms in Silverton and Portland.

I was able to assist on a trip to Eugene wineries last year and I can tell you that Gadabout has thought of everything for their guests’ comfort and enjoyment. They provided snacks, rest stops and even a game or two of bingo. It’s really a great and easy way to get away for a day or a weekend.
