Christmas Tree Recycling
We took our tree down yesterday, so I was happy to see the news (from several sources) that the Boy Scouts are picking up Christmas trees to be recycled again this year. All they ask is a donation of $5 or more; the money goes towards troop activities. If you received a flyer you don’t have to do anything but kick the tree (stripped of decorations & lights) to the curb by 9am on one of the pick-up days. If you didn’t get a flyer you can call the “tree hotline” for your area and they’ll add you to the list.
Pick-up Dates:
January 1, 2, 8, 9 – put your tree out by 9am
