Join us on a culinary journey of flavors from around the globe. Our chef and brewers have handpicked beers and paired them with delicious internationally inspired dishes. Treat your palate to a World Beer Tour without missing the beautiful sunset views of Central Oregon from Deschutes Brewery’s Mountain Room! This will be a 5-course beer paired dinner the cost is 80$ and includes all fees and gratuities.

Starting with a quick jaunt to England where we will enjoy our classic Bachelor Bitter. This traditional English style Bitter will be paired with a Scotched Egg. An egg wrapped in sausage with pickled onion and arugula.

Next, a short ride on the Chunnel to France where we will be sipping on Biere De Garde while enjoying a delicious Moules Frites.

Then because its Fresh Hop Season we are heading back across the pond for a Fresh Hop American Lager enjoyed with a Wilted Spinach Salad with walnuts, apple, fennel, lardon and a warm maple bacon vinaigrette.

Next stop Russia! Should the beer gods be kind, we will get to taste 2019 Abyss prior to its release date this will pair with a rich Stroganoff with wild mushrooms, local made pasta from Deschutes Pasta Company and beef tenderloin.

This world tour wouldn’t be complete without something sweet from Belgium! We will be tasting Freyja a Belgian Style Triple Ale aged in wine barrels with Pinot Gris grapes paired with an Appelflappen.
