Join us in a pizza pairing celebration as our certified pizza chef takes your taste buds on an off-menu pairing journey to Italy. Pizza will be served family style and paired with a variety of beers for every kind of beer lover. All of Crux pizza is made with 100% Italian imported Caputo 00 flour; all natural with no additives. Come taste the quality for yourself!

We are offering 3 different dinner times to keep the pizza as fresh as possible so plan ahead if you want to bring a group!

Burrata and Heirloom Salad
Heirloom tomatoes and beets, meyer lemon preserve, micro basil

Red sauce, fresh basil, mozzarella, roasted garlic

Garlic cream sauce, baby kale, caramelized onions, smoked mozzarella, house Italian sausage, kale chips

Basil-mint pesto, provo-nello cheese, roasted oyster mushrooms, capicola, fresh mozzarella, balsamic vinegar reduction, spicy local honey
