Yes, that’s right! Thirty years of brewing has produced some pretty phenomenal beers and some very memorable stories. The Garage Series is a testament to those Brewers and Breweries that came before us in the grand design and paved a path that is worthy of some recognition. The newest offering for O’Kanes Garage Series is great beer from the Fulton Brewery in Southwest Portland. Squirtie Pale is a recipe over 20 years young and Squirtie himself (officially the unofficial mascot) has been depicted in multiple drawings in his mischievous way. This recipe has stood the test of time by being an easy-drinking beer. A nice, mellow malt body gives it a perfect start. The hop character is a combination of the floral and citrus tones popular with a Pale Ale, but with a touch of spicy aromatics and flavor. Come and see why this recipe has been a popular and ever constant presence at the Fulton Pub and give a toast to Squirtie himself for giving us this ale to be proud of!
