Silver Moon Brewing Presents: The 2015 BATTLE of the BREWS!

Calling all Oregon Home Brewers! It’s time to see what your (brews) are made of! We know you work hard all year long to experiment, tweak, and perfect your masterpieces…now’s your chance to have them sampled and judged by some of your favorite Bend Beer Pros!

Prizes go to the top 3 winners, with the First Prize Winner going on to brew their recipe with our brewers in our brewhouse!

We will only be accepting 30 entries and submissions are due by October 26th.

Judging will commence on October 29th, with the winners being announced during our ONE BEARD TO RULE THEM ALL event in November

GUIDELINES:

Malt: Any barley, wheat, rye, corn, and any type of sugar is allowed

Hops: (must use AT LEAST 3 of the following): Chinook, Columbus, Cascade, Amarillo, Centennial, Meridian, Bravo

Yeast: WY1056, WLP001, Imperial A07

Color: Straw to Deep Golden

ABV: 4%-7%

IBU: 20-80

Notes: Please note your style to facilitate judging. If it’s a style that cannot be perfectly classified, please use multiple styles to describe your brew (ie. Blond IPA, Hoppy Pale, etc).

Minimum of three 12oz bottles per entry.
