Beer Release – All Worked Up @ Crux Fermentation Project

There’s no substitute for brewing things right, and the 6 months of patience as this rare breed blossomed in the barrel was the least of our endeavors to deliver this no-frills interpretation of an American wheatwine. This labor-intensive strong ale delivers delicate notes of candied fruit, caramel, and vanilla with a well-rounded mouthfeel worth getting all worked up over.
Join us for the release of our brand new [BANISHED] beer -a wheatwine ale aged in chardonnay barrels.
You’ll be able to wax-dip your own bottle, hang out with our head brewer Cam O’Connor and learn all about this hard-to-find (and brew) style of beer.
