Kids World is the toy store up next to Shopko that focuses on quality, imaginative toys, particularly scientific and educational toys, and I’m sorry to see that they’re closing. From Facebook:

After five years, we’ve decided to close our store.

We treasure the relationships we’ve built with our many loyal customers, have enjoyed watching your little ones grow, and are grateful for the opportunities we’ve had to serve our Central Oregon community, but all good things must come to an end.

Please come help us clear our inventory by getting deep-cut deals on the things you love, starting on Wednesday, January 2. We’ve also got shelving and fixtures for sale.

They posted this on Monday; I don’t know how long they’ll be open before closing their doors for good, probably a couple of weeks depending on how quickly they sell out of everything.
