It’s First Friday Art Walk in downtown Bend and the Old Mill District tonight—the last one of the year! Art galleries, shops, and other stores will stay open late with special art exhibits, and many offer up live music, free hors-d’oeuvres, and wine (or beer), and it’s a great time to be out and about—the streets are filled with happy folks enjoying an evening of free entertainment.

With the downtown Christmas tree alight, and holiday decorations up all over, it should be a very festive, Christmas-y First Friday tonight too! I wouldn’t be surprised to see some Christmas cookies, hot cider and chocolate available along with the usual assortment of goodies. And keep an eye out for mistletoe.

It’s going to be a chilly evening, too, with current forecasts showing lower-mid 30s and even possibly snow (though may not until overnight). Dress warmly!
