Volunteers needed for the Central Oregon Winter Beer Fest on Saturday
The Central Oregon Winter Beer Festival is coming up in a couple of days and the organizers are still looking for additional volunteers to help pour beer. The event is taking place at GoodLife Brewing from 2 to 9pm, and there are two shifts available for pouring.
Anyone interesting in volunteering can sign up here; one of the benefits is that you’ll get free beer in the form of complimentary glass and tickets. This means if you work the first shift, you can drink and enjoy the fest for the latter half; and if you work the evening shift, you’ll get the chance to try beer afterwards (special pours for the volunteers).
It’s a fun opportunity to be a part of a beer festival firsthand. The only requirement is that you be 21 years old or older — you don’t even need an OLCC service permit as the event covers temporary permits.
