BEER’DUCATION—Battle of the Kilts @ Crux Fermentation Project
May 9, 2016 @ 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm
BERT SCOTCH ALE | 8.5 ABV, 40 IBU
This scotch ale is malty and full-bodied with the hop bitterness being pretty high. A slight caramel flavor plays well with the fruity esters that are at a medium aromatic and flavor level. The hop profile definitely comes through in this tribute to Bert Grant, a true pioneer in the craft beer movement
