Every summer the Les Schwab Amphitheater offers free Sunday concerts (the Bend Memorial Clinic Free Summer Sunday Concert Series in its full name) which is a great way to spend the afternoon and is family-friendly besides. This year’s schedule has been posted, starting on Sunday, June 5.

Here’s this year’s concert lineup:

• 6/5 – Tiempo Libre Afro-Caribbean Music
• 6/19 – Bel Mizik French Creole Hip Hop
• 6/26 – Five Pint Mary Irish Folk Punk
• 7/10 – Kinzel & Hyde Roots & Blues
• 7/17 – Summit Express Jazz Band Dixie Land Jazz
• 7/24 – Kitchen Dwellers Montana Galaxy Grass

Gates open each Sunday at 1p.m. and the shows run from 2:30-4:30 p.m. Come on down to the Les Schwab Amphitheater and enjoy a beautiful afternoon of great music and healthy family fun. Live music will be rounded out by many other family-oriented activities, such as bouncy houses and delicious food vendors.
