The annual Earth Day Parade will begin at 11:30 a.m., winding through downtown Bend and ending at the Earth Day Fair on Kansas Avenue. This festive parade includes children and adults dressed in a costume of their favorite plant, animal, or other representation of the natural world.
Street closures will begin at 10:30am.
The parade route covers a total of seven blocks, beginning at Bond and Louisiana. Participants will walk on Bond to Minnesota, up Minnesota to Wall, on Wall back to Louisiana, back to Bond, and over to Kansas, where they will join the Earth Day Fair.
