As you probably know, October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and Cascade Lakes Brewing is helping to raise awareness and money by holding “Breast Fest” at their Lodge on the westside this Friday, October 24, in support of Sara’s Project here in Bend.

This is a great project to support and you get to drink beer while doing so! $3 from every beer sold will benefit Sara’s Project, as will the proceeds from every T-shirt sold, all day long. There will be live music as well by Buck ‘n the Diggs from 4:30 to 7:30 that evening.

Friday would be a great day to have lunch and a beer at the Cascade Lakes Lodge, or happy hour, or dinner—you’re supporting charity! Plus with great seasonals on tap now like their Crystal Method Wet Hop Ale and Slippery Slope (their winter ale), you really should get in on the Breast Fest action.
