I am super pleased and excited to announce that I’ve been contracted to write a book on the history of beer in Bend! To be titled Bend Beer: A History of Brewing in Central Oregon, it will be published by The History Press late next summer (2014), as a part of their American Palate series for beer.

I’ve been setting up an official website and Facebook page for the book, which is where I’ll post regular and semi-regular updates throughout the writing process (and after it’s published). And if blogging slows down a bit here (moreso than usual), I’m probably busy researching and writing!
