The Little Woody: Guide to the 2013 Festival
This Friday and Saturday the fifth annual Little Woody barrel-aged beer fest is taking place downtown at the Des Chutes Historical Museum, featuring 19 breweries pouring various wood- and barrel-aged specialty beers in the parking lot, a whiskey tasting in the museum, and live music on the green. This is one of the best beer events Bend has to offer and I thought I’d work up a short guide to the essentials (The Source has a full printed guide coming out this week that you’ll want to consult as well).
Remember, this is a 21 and over only event!

The weather is looking to be perfect this weekend, and finally, stay safe and don’t drive if you’ve been drinking! There will be a free Bend Brew Bus shuttle, and if you don’t use that make sure you have a ride home or use a service like Sober Dudes.
Most of all, enjoy!
