A couple of items regarding our local music scene:

• A song by local indie-alt band KouseFly has been licensed for use in a movie soundtrack. The indie movie is titled "Fifth Form" and is "a dark comedy about a prank war that tears apart a boy’s dorm at an elite prep school". Pretty cool.
  (KouseFly will be playing at the KPOV Old Stone Church event next Saturday if you want a chance to hear them live.)
• The Broken Down Guitars will be playing M & J Tavern this Saturday, the 6th. They’ve been getting around lately and feature "Female fronted original song-writing and jam-rock". The show starts at 9pm, and it looks like the cost is free—a good deal on a Saturday night.
