This is sure to be an impressive event. I just started CrossFit 3 weeks ago at the Central Oregon location (next to Simply Organic Coffee) and am seeing big improvements in my strength, stamina, cardio ability, and outlook on life – something about getting your butt kicked by exercise always turns my frown into a smile 🙂 They offer a free intro class, so check it out – you will not be sorry you did! The people who go are awesome – really supportive and fun, and the coaches are also high-quality people – really care about form, technique and encouraging you to give it your all. As for the event, I am looking forward to seeing all the participants give it their all!
