Renegade Rollergirls, March 21st
The next Renegade Rollergirls bout is coming up on Saturday, March 21st, and fittingly it’s leprechaun themed.
The Renegades will be competing in a St Patrick’s Day themed event with two local Renegade teams in a no holds barred bout, full of hardcore skating abilities, wipeouts, bumps, bruises and cat fighting fistfights. Doors open at 7 p.m., Admission is $10.00 and kids 10 and under are free. Presale tickets are available at Riverside Market, Aspect, or from your favorite rollergirl. Tickets are also available for purchased at the door beginning at 2pm the day of the event.
And, there will be a special halftime promo; members of the audience are encouraged to participate in "games, races, photos as a roller derby player and more." Participants will receive a prize.
It’s all taking place at the Midtown Music Hall, downtown at 51 NW Greenwood.
Has been canceled due a death in the league. There will be a memorial service on the 21st with time and place to be set firmly on Monday.
