Fireside Red re-opening Feb. 10
John Gottberg Anderson reports that Fireside Red will be re-opening on February 10th, which is some welcome restaurant news in light of everything closing lately.
I have to admit, I pretty much wrote them off when they announced a multi-month closing. Other prominent restaurants subsequently closing during that time period didn’t help matters any, either. So it’s kind of gratifying to be wrong in this case.
Great news about Fireside. We recently heard Staccato was closing. Does anyone know if this is true or just a rumor???
I heard a few weeks back from a kitchen guy that Staccato was really struggling. I can’t imagine things have gotten better….
