Here’s an odd thing: the traffic lights at the intersection of Bond St. and Oregon Ave. downtown this morning were off. We were driving through around 11, and they were dark—no idea what was going on; the other lights downtown were working.

Anyone know what’s up? Was it just a temporary thing this morning, or is something bigger going on? At any rate, if you’re downtown around there, pay attention, and make sure to stop and look for traffic before cruising on through…
